BLACK PLUM YOGURT SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Black Plum (jamuns) are associated with the childhood memories of picking up jamuns from sideways. Prepare a black plum yogurt smoothie and recall your childhood memories while enjoying the smoothie.


Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients:
  • 30 black plum (jamun) (ripe)
  • 1.5 cup Yogurt
  • A pinch Salt
  • Sugar to taste
Preparation Instructions:
  • De-seed the jamuns. Blend the pulp into smooth paste.
  • Add curd into the paste and mix well.
  • Add salt and sugar and mix again.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve chilled.
