Ingredients:
- 1/2 papaya (medium-sized)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 lemon
- 2 tsp sugar or honey
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 cup chilled water
Preparation Instructions:
- Peel the papaya, de-seed it and cut it into small cubes.
- Blend papaya cubes, orange juice, lemon juice, sugar and water together into a fine paste.
- Check the consistency of the juice and add more water if needed.
- Pour the juice into glasses. sprinkle salt and black pepper powder over it and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
Tips:
- You can blend crushed ice with the juice to make it chilled.
