PAPAYA JUICE RECIPE

If you don’t prefer a heavy papaya shake, go for the lighter version. Papaya juice tastes great along with enhancing digestion.


Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 papaya (medium-sized)
  • 1/2  cup orange juice
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp sugar or honey
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup chilled water
Preparation Instructions:
  • Peel the papaya, de-seed it and cut it into small cubes.
  • Blend papaya cubes, orange juice, lemon juice, sugar and water together into a fine paste.
  • Check the consistency of the juice and add more water if needed.
  • Pour the juice into glasses. sprinkle salt and black pepper powder over it and mix well.
  • Serve immediately.
Tips:
  • You can blend crushed ice with the juice to make it chilled.
