- 30 black plum (jamun) (ripe)
- 1.5 cup Yogurt
- A pinch Salt
- Sugar to taste
Preparation Instructions:

De-seed the jamuns. Blend the pulp into smooth paste.

Add curd into the paste and mix well.

Add salt and sugar and mix again.

Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve chilled.
