Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups paneer (crumbled)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tomato (cut into small pieces)
- 2 green chillies (finely chopped) (adjust according to your taste)
- 1/2 capsicum (cut into small pieces)
- 1/2 tsp cumin (jeera) powder
- A pinch of turmeric
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Finely chopped coriander leaves
Preparation Instructions:
- Heat oil in a wok and add chopped onions. Cook till the onions become soft and then add tomatoes and green chillies.
- Add jeera powder, turmeric and salt and fry the spices for a minute.
- Now add capsicum and garam masala and cook for 6 to 8 minutes on low flame.
- Add crumbled paneer, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Take a taste test and adjust spices accordingly.
- Turn off the stove and garnish capsicum paneer bhurji with coriander leaves.
- Serve delicious capsicum paneer bhurji with roti, paratha or enjoy as sandwich stuffing.
