CAPSICUM PANEER BHURJI RECIPE

Here is a quick and easy way to prepare delicious cottage cheese. You can eat paneer bhurji with chapati, paratha or as a sandwich stuffing. Also, it serves as a quick dinner idea. So, just make this dish and enjoy it in your own style.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients:
  •     1.5 cups paneer (crumbled)
  •     1 onion (finely chopped)
  •     1 tomato (cut into small pieces)
  •     2 green chillies (finely chopped) (adjust according to your taste)
  •     1/2 capsicum (cut into small pieces)
  •     1/2 tsp cumin (jeera) powder
  •     A pinch of turmeric
  •     1/2 tsp garam masala
  •     2 tsp oil
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Finely chopped coriander leaves

Preparation Instructions:
  • Heat oil in a wok and add chopped onions. Cook till the onions become soft and then add tomatoes and green chillies.
  • Add jeera powder, turmeric and salt and fry the spices for a minute.
  • Now add capsicum and garam masala and cook for 6 to 8 minutes on low flame.
  • Add crumbled paneer, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Take a taste test and adjust spices accordingly.
  • Turn off the stove and garnish capsicum paneer bhurji with coriander leaves.
  • Serve delicious capsicum paneer bhurji with roti, paratha or enjoy as sandwich stuffing.
