Ingredients:
- 1 cup paneer (cut into cubes)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 3 small onions
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 green chillies (or according to taste)
- 1 cup mava/khoya (grated)
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- Grind onions, ginger and green chillies to form a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the onion-ginger-green chilli paste to it. Cook till the oil starts separating.
- Add grated khoya and cream in the gravy and cook it for two minutes on low flame.
- Now, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala to the gravy. Cook the spices for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add 1/2 cup water and paneer cubes in the gravy. Let it cook till the gravy become thick.
- Turn off the stove and garnish the paneer korma with coriander leaves.
- Serve delicious paneer korma with chapati or parantha.
