DATES BANANA MILKSHAKE RECIPE

A healthy and great way to start your day; dates banana milkshake. It will provide you with energy to start your day and make you feel full.


Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients:
  • 400 ml milk (chilled)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 dates
Preparation Instructions:
  • De-seed dates and blend all ingredients well. The dates banana milkshake is ready.
  • Pour it into glasses and serve immediately. You can garnish it with some date pieces.
